Warranty Policy

Terravent Sports Co., Ltd warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a problem occurs, please contact Terravent Sports Co., Ltd in a timely manner by email at Please include photos, your order number, and your kayak model number for faster resolution. Any product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in the reasonable judgment of Terravent Sports Co., Ltd to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Terravent Kayak's option. Once a repair or replacement is approved, you must promptly ship the product, postage prepaid, to Terravent Sports Co., Ltd to the return address that will be provided. All covered repairs or replacements will be made at no charge during the warranty period and within a reasonable period of time. 

This warranty does NOT cover

Products used for commercial or rental purposes; normal wear and tear, including punctures, cuts and abrasions sustained in normal use; damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse; damage caused by improper storage maintenance, or handling; damage caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions, including white water conditions; products that have been structurally altered or modified; damage caused while the product is in possession of a freight carrier or party other than Terravent Kayak; cosmetic wear, abrasion, or damage caused by excessive UV exposure; and products determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity that is intended or customary for the product.

Limitation and disclaimer of implied warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable laws:

  • Terravent Kayak does NOT make any implied warranty of merchantability as to any product or part, whether or not the product or part is covered by any express warranty herein;
  • Terravent Kayak does NOT make any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof;
  • In those jurisdictions where the implied warranties may not be disclaimed, any implied warranty is limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty described in the warranty statement. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

No liability for incidental or consequential damages

The repair and replacement remedies described in this warranty are the owner’s sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall Terravent Kayak be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.



  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at with your order number, name, and email address that was used to place the order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please note that the shipping fee for returning an item is not covered by Terravent.

Damages and issues :

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges :

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original condition, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Full Refund for Brand New, Unused, Unopened Items

  • For items in original, undamaged condition, and have not been used on the water, we will issue a full refund when a return request is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes between 10 and 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Please note that the outbound shipping fee is not available for refund as it's paid to shipping companies.

Partial Refund for Used Items

  • For items that have been gently used, a handling fee of up to 15% is applied (including repackaging, cleaning, and refurbishing). Therefore, at least 85% of the order amount is available for refund.
